What Is Project 58?
Project 58 is my real-world experiment in designing the next chapter of life.
At 57, I'm not interested in simply winding down toward retirement. I'm asking a different question:
What can I build with everything I've learned so far?
Project 58 documents that journey — business, YouTube, AI, career reinvention, health, purpose, lifestyle, mistakes, experiments and everything I learn along the way.
I'm not documenting the journey because I have every answer. I'm documenting it because I'm living it.
I've Reinvented Myself
More Than Once.
My working life has spanned more industries than most people can imagine: from Australian Army logistics to sales, banking, financial planning and accounting, business ownership, professional horse racing, government racing integrity and regulation, quality and auditing, coaching, and now digital business.
Through all of it, endurance sport has remained a constant. I've been competing in triathlon since 1983 — and I'm still racing today.
I don't teach reinvention because I've read about it. I've lived it.
Project 58 is about using everything I've learned so far to build the next chapter — and helping other people over 50 discover what theirs could look like.
